BIM & Federated Model Coordination Services
One coordinated model of architecture, structure and building services — so clashes are identified and resolved before construction.
Client problems our BIM & Coordination services solve
- Discipline clashes discovered late — on site, where they are most expensive
- In-house teams stretched across too many live models
- Inconsistent model standards across consultants
What’s included
Revit modeling
Architecture, structure and MEP models from LOD 100 to LOD 500.
Federated model coordination
Model federation, clash detection and issue tracking in Navisworks.
Scan to BIM
Existing-condition models from point clouds for renovation projects.
BIM content and standards
Families, templates, model audits and BIM Execution Plan support.
Federated model coordination
A federated model combines the architectural, structural and building-services models into one coordinated environment. The purpose is to detect, review, assign and resolve clashes before construction, improving coordination and reducing avoidable site conflicts.

- Autodesk Revit
- Autodesk Navisworks

- Architecture
- Structure
- HVAC
- Electrical

- Coordinated discipline models
We work to identify and resolve clashes before construction — a coordinated, issue-tracked process, not a “100% clash-free” promise.

BIM & Coordination FAQs
Will the model be completely clash-free?
Coordination is about identifying and resolving clashes before construction. We run agreed clash tests, track every issue to closure and re-test after updates — but no process can promise a “100% clash-free” building, and we won’t claim one.
What do we receive from coordination?
A federated NWD/NWC model, a clash report with viewpoints, an issue register and the coordinated discipline models.
Can you work in our templates and cloud platform?
Yes. We work inside your Revit templates and naming standards, and can collaborate on your common data environment where access is granted.
