Enquiries and uploaded files

When you submit a form we collect the details you provide (name, company, email, phone, country, project information) and any files you upload. We use them only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and deliver any resulting project.

Who can see it

Your enquiry and files are accessible only to staff involved in assessing or delivering your project, and to service providers that host our website, forms and email on our behalf.

Retention

Files from enquiries that do not proceed are deleted once they are no longer needed to answer you. Project files are retained for the period agreed in the project contract.

Careers applications

CVs and portfolios are used only to assess your application and are deleted if you ask us to.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing info@kanishdesignstudio.com. Depending on where you live (for example under UK GDPR or US state privacy laws) you may have additional rights.
